Usually when we were child we used to have a common fears, about ghost . When we grow more some were able to get over it , while some are not . When we talk about law, most of crimes are committed by human. But in our growing society there are still some people who says that : - "this crime is committed by ghost".
DO THE GHOST REALLY EXIST ?
Usually in local answer, yes they do exist but don't you think that ghost creates paranormal activities and they can't be seem but it is just a smoke. But when we see media Or entertainment industry of different countries, they depict the ghost in human form which can be seen , touched as well as they can talk. They usually can't be found in any local area or area of large voices and daily places where people visit regularly but they can be found in those houses or places where they had been more than one death and their death have been miserable. So these soul's usually do not disturb normal people living theirs lives . But they disturb those people who disturb them or make a fun of their past life's
GHOST EXPECTATION V . REALITY{ TRUTH }
Usually when there is abandoned house or hospital, we usually look at them as there is ghost inside it : - this is what we usually think of ghost . Due to this, many people who knew truth, they make a full use of such places. It can be gangs, any underground drugs supply factory etc as it could be.
A SIMPLE MISTAKE CAN TAKE OTHERS LIVES

in 1804 UK , Hammer smith area of London, at that time it was believe that in previous years there was person who has committed suicide and then died, his body was buried in churchyard which at that time believe that none of suicide body should be buried there . So there was myth of local people living in that area that there is ghost of that suicide victim whose body was buried in churchyard. So those people around churchyard they usually states that they have been attacked by that ghost. Its was all true and sometimes people have noticed that something rose from graves and make them suffocate to resist there. One day the watchman of church once tried to catch ghost and it further led this cases in high appeals. So in 3 January, 10.30 pm , there was 29 year old armed officer who was in charge of beavers lane( place name) with shotgun while making a round , he met girdler which girdler decided to join smith at 11:00pm . There he met Thomas Millwood visited his family in late hours passing though the area (hammersmith) where he was wearing white coat which make smith mistaken as ghost let him shot him in his lower jaw and then he died. At the same time, there was constable passing thought the area where he arrested the smith and in his trial smith got charge of manslaughter while his attorney wanted that he has just mistaken the person by ghost shouldn't have the charged of manslaughter but he should be guilty of murder. During the trial he has been proved by the surgeon that Millwood death is caused by gunshot of smith, in lower jaw with size no. 4 bullet. At the end When the cases truth were reveal , it was found that there was shoe maker who had pretends to be ghost.

The ramdas govida pote was the paternal uncle of Sanjay. vitthal was victim who used to run grocery shop and he States that his elder brother nagorao who had two son and one daughter in which elder son died. Second and younger son sanjay started his family with his father. So on 16:10:2014, sanjay started to believed that Lordship hanuman ji has entered into his body . So on same day, when vitthal came from work, he entered into his house. In the same house ramdas family and their members was also there, so sanjay also further entered into his house and he said that vitthal body has possessed the evil soul and it need out as soon as possible . So he started exorcism and he drew water from motor pipe and directed pipe to the members and vitthal. So he went to house-yard and told the member's to keep a distance from vitthal and sanjay started exorcism as he sat on vitthal upward and directed the motor pipe into his mouth until he become motionless and again made them remember that don't help vitthal as he possess the ghost in his body either this evil will enter into other body. So they didn't help him and as when vitthal died , after he died sanjay screamed that he has killed the evil and due to his scream, villagers gathered. He furthered threw stone to ramdas and he started to bleeds and while sanjay stood in gate of house and said he got rid of evil and he is hanuman. This cases further reached in court but sanjay was found to Unsoundness of mind and none of his action he done he has knowledge or capable of knowing his actions.
So the case no. 1 is enough to show that how people make use of other even that person is not this world anymore.
And in case no. 2, with the word ghost, even a person with Unsoundness of mind can play whole exorcism . In this case innocent person life was taken by so called removing the ghost from his body.
SUGGESTION
Those places who has myth of being real haunted, then government should demolish such places and make new vegetation area which could be benefit for those living there and the soul would rest in peace.
The people who try to defame or trespass the dead person or place should be punished respectively .
Any reason which make people living in place uncomfortable because of ghost or due to fears and police should take action by putting surveillance into that area.
THOSE WHO LEFT BEHIND THIS WORLD , THEIR MEMORIES AND THEIR FAMILY ,, WE SHOULD IMAGINE HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE NOW AS STARS WHO LIVES FOR ETERNTY WITH US WATCHING FROM ABOVE.
